Virginia NAACP Announces Melanie Campbell, President/CEO of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation as Keynote Speaker for 89th Annual Convention in Williamsburg, Virginia

The NAACP Virginia State Conference (Virginia NAACP) is pleased to announce Melanie Campbell, President/CEO of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, as the keynote speaker for the Freedom Funda Gala. The Freedom Fund Gala is the premier event during the Annual Convention.

“Ms. Campbell is recognized as one of the hardest-working servant leaders in today’s Civil Rights, Women’s Rights, and Social Justice Movement. Her dedication and commitment to building our next generation and ongoing work in empowering the Black community to be civically engaged, makes her the perfect choice as our keynote speaker.”, says Rev. The 89th Annual Convention convenes leaders from our branches, youth councils, and college chapters across the Commonwealth. During the convention, leaders will engage in workshops and town halls that will serve to strengthen the advocacy in their local communities.
