NAACP MISSION ~
To ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of rights for all persons and to eliminate racial hatred and racial discrimination.

NAACP OBJECTIVES ~

  • Protect the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties of all people.
  • Achieve equality of rights amongst all citizens without regard to race, gender, creed, religion and sexual orientation.
  • Remove all barriers of discrimination through the democratic process.
  • Seek enactment and enforcement of federal, state and local laws regarding Civil Rights.
  • Keep the public informed.
  • Educate persons as to their constitutional rights.

MONTHLY MEETINGS ~
Our monthly meeting is held on the 4th Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 8:00PM at the Lynchburg NAACP Office – 1010 Main Street 24504.
